Sam started her journey at Peak following a back injury. She was prescribed Pilates by her physio for rehab and attended weekly classes with Sally and Elen. Sam fell in love with the Pilates exercise method and the many health and wellbeing benefits she experienced through Pilates.

Sam retrained and became a Pilates and Fitness instructor and now takes classes and one to one sessions at Peak.
