Kate first stepped onto a yoga mat in 1999, at a local Hatha Yoga class. She was intrigued and hooked straight away!
12 years later she discovered Dru Yoga, a flowing style of yoga that has evolved from Hatha; it felt like a natural progression for her.
She trained to teach at the Dru Yoga Centre in the heart of Snowdonia between 2011- 2015 in Dru Yoga & Meditation.
She has been teaching yoga and meditation classes, workshops and running yoga retreats since April 2013.
Kate has a passion for yoga and loves to share how this practise has helped her, with people from all backgrounds and all levels of ability.
