Nansi is a certified vinyasa flow yoga instructor. She has practiced yoga for the last 3 years and her love for yoga continues to grow every day! Nansi's classes aim to connect mind, body and breath, relieve tension and pain throughout the body and leave you feeling super relaxed.

Nansi is also available for 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 Yoga sessions too!
