A keen runner, he takes part in marathons and also enjoys climbing, hiking and boxing in his spare time.

Particularly interested in psychology and what it takes to achieve your life goals whether in sport, general well being, coping with anxiety or building a business.

Sam has helped numerous people achieve lifestyle changes, ran many succesfull classes and trained clients to box and take part in endurance events.
