Pilates is a complete exercise method developed by its founder Joseph Pilates over 80 years ago. It is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.

You will be taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist and can feel reassured that any injuries/impairments will be well taken care of.
We recommend that everyone participating in Pilates come along to an initial one-to-one assessment.
This gives you the opportunity to learn the key elements of Pilates. By carrying out the one-to-one, will be aware of what your aims are and will ensure that you are well supported and safe during your Pilates classes.
