“Stretch Class” aims to combat the physiological stress and abnormalities placed on the body through our everyday activities.

Office workers sitting in chairs or cars for hours on end; distance runners or triathletes competing intensely on bikes, roads and in water for extended periods of time; weightlifters and strength athletes who have muscle soreness from training; older populations requiring retention of stability and mobility – all of these people are eligible for “Stretch Class”.

Through focusing on static posterior chain (glutes & hamstrings) activation and mobility, hip and shoulder health, spinal alignment and dynamic flows and balancing, we look to help the body maintain some of its inherent (but often lost) ability to MOVE WELL, without pain or inhibition.
