Tailored exercises to restore strength, mobility, and confidence

Exercise is at the heart of physiotherapy, and one of the most effective tools for recovery. At Peak Physio & Fitness, we create personalised exercise plans designed around your condition, lifestyle, and goals.


Your physiotherapist will guide you through the right type and level of exercise, whether that’s to rebuild strength after injury, improve flexibility, support long-term management of pain, or prevent future problems.


We’ll make sure every exercise is safe, effective, and achievable at home or in the gym. Clear instructions (and often demonstrations) mean you’ll know exactly what to do and how to do it.

We may recommend exercise prescription if you are:

  • Recovering from an injury or surgery
  • Managing long-term joint or muscle pain
  • Looking to improve posture, mobility, or balance
  • Returning to sport or physical activity
  • Wanting to reduce the risk of future injury
