Massage can play an important role in easing muscle tension, improving circulation, and supporting recovery. At Peak Physio & Fitness, massage may be used in two ways:


  • As part of physiotherapy treatment – our physiotherapists may incorporate massage techniques alongside other approaches such as exercise or manual therapy. This helps reduce pain, ease tightness, and prepare the body for movement.
     
  • As standalone therapy – our massage therapists also provide massage sessions for general wellbeing, injury prevention, or ongoing maintenance following a physiotherapy programme. Many clients find this helps them manage day-to-day aches and pains, reduce stress, and stay active.
