That is why we set up our stretch class. A perfect way to ease common aches and pains. Just one session a week will keep you supple and help to prevent injury.
Small group (maximum 7) in person class to stretch your muscles and improve joint range of motion.
Every Monday at 10am we livestream a stretch class on Pilates-Anywhere.com it is then uploaded so that you can catch up or watch again at any time.
