At Peak Physio & Fitness, we believe Pilates is for everyone. Whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to improve your posture, enhance your sports performance, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more mobile, Pilates offers a safe and effective way to move better and feel better.
Our Pilates classes are taught by experienced physiotherapists and Pilates-trained instructors. Many people are recommended Pilates by our physiotherapy team, ensuring your instructor knows exactly how to adapt exercises to meet your needs.
Classes take place in our private studio at our Llandudno Junction clinic, fully equipped to make your experience comfortable. All equipment is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

If you’re managing an injury or health condition, we’ll arrange an assessment first to ensure Pilates is safe and effective for you.
Classes are booked in 5-week blocks.
Missed sessions can only be swapped within the same week if space is available.
