Samantha Davies

Pilates Instructor

Samantha is our dedicated Pilates Instructor at Peak Physio and Fitness, specialising in matwork Pilates designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall body alignment. With a focus on building core stability, Samantha helps her clients achieve balanced bodies, reducing everyday aches, pains, and niggles.

Professional Journey

Her journey to Pilates began after experiencing an injury herself, which sparked her passion for the practice's therapeutic benefits. Taking a leap of faith, she left her previous career to retrain as a Pilates instructor, obtaining her APPI Comprehensive Pilates Matwork Level 3 certification. Committed to expanding her expertise, Samantha has further trained in Pilates for Menopause, Pelvic Floor Pilates, and Pilates and Mindfulness, ensuring she offers specialist care tailored to clients’ unique needs. 


Clients love Samantha's calm and supportive teaching style, marked by slow, controlled movements and thoughtful verbal cues. Her favourite classes combine strengthening exercises with mindful relaxation—particularly her Pilates for Menopause classes, which end with a soothing body scan meditation designed to lower stress and promote wellbeing.

Away from the clinic...

Outside the studio, Samantha enjoys connecting with nature, especially through invigorating cold-water dips at Llyn Geirionydd. She's also a keen chef, known for whipping up surprisingly delicious sugar-free treats, her signature black bean chocolate brownies are a must-try!
