Passionate about empowering people to optimise their health and well-being, Suzie uses a combination of exercise, treatment techniques, and practical tools to help clients achieve their goals sustainably. While she enjoys supporting patients of all ages and abilities, she has a particular interest in women’s health and pregnancy care and has completed specialist training in acupuncture.
Suzie is a highly experienced Chartered Physiotherapist at Peak Physio and Fitness, bringing over 20 years of dedicated practice both in the NHS and private sectors. Graduating from Cardiff in 2004, Suzie moved to beautiful North Wales and has worked extensively across various areas of physiotherapy, specialising in outpatient care for the past decade.
Her professional journey even includes enriching experiences working in New Zealand and travelling extensively, bringing a broad perspective to her practice.
Outside of the clinic, Suzie is an avid traveller and outdoor enthusiast. You’ll often find her walking, biking, or paddleboarding, though she modestly admits the latter has mixed success! She loves sharing her passion for the outdoors with her two young children, frequently exploring favourite local spots like Conwy Mountain. Her absolute favourite adventure spot is Tryfan.
If she weren't practising physiotherapy, you'd likely find her soaring the skies as a pilot or guiding adventures as a seasonal ski or scuba diving instructor.
Suzie firmly believes rehab and exercise should be enjoyable, her top advice is to pick activities you love (and to own a wobble cushion!).
Her favourite motivational quotes: “Motion is lotion” (physio-wise) and “Try anything once and live life to the full!” (for general life inspiration).
